Catch-all Emails in Web Hosting
Configuring a catch-all mailbox will be pretty easy in case you’ve got a web hosting plan with our company. You can activate the feature through our powerful, albeit easy-to-work-with Email Manager tool, which is an integral part of the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you will administer the shared hosting account itself. You’ll find all the email addresses that you’ve set up shown alphabetically and next to each of them there will be a tiny "Catch-all" icon, which will quickly notify you whether a certain mailbox receives all the email messages associated with a given domain name or not. With one single click on the icon you can activate or deactivate this option whenever you wish. If there’s active email forwarding or in case some other mailbox has already been set up as a catch-all one for a particular domain, you will get a notification from our system. The latter won’t disable/replace anything automatically or without your permission.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all functionality can be enabled easily in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated server plan with our company. All the email addresses that you’ve created using the domains hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be listed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll notice a tiny symbol handily located right next to each one. With just one mouse click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choosing as long as there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with the option already activated and there isn't active email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on an email address and activate the feature using the menu that will pop up. In case any of the preconditions for creating a catch-all mailbox is not answered, our system will let you know, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
