Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you complete control over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a brand new email box in no time and administer its settings easily. What's more, you can redirect mail messages from one mail account to another, configure email filters, create auto-response messages and protect your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your email accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming mails based on specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and choose the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Simply specify the email mailbox account you wish to redirect e-mail messages from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your e-mail boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
